Finding Your Photos

As a guest, you can find and download your photos from an event in a few simple steps — no app download required.

Step 1 — Open the event link​

Open the guest link shared by the organizer. This may be:

  • A URL sent via WhatsApp or email.
  • A QR code scanned at the venue.

Step 2 — Take a selfie​

When prompted, allow camera access and take a selfie. Make sure:

  • Your face is clearly visible and well lit.
  • You are looking directly at the camera.
  • There are no obstructions (sunglasses, masks).

:::tip No camera access? If you deny camera access, you can browse all event photos manually instead. :::

Step 3 — View your photos​

SnapdMe will scan the event gallery and show only the photos that include you. This usually takes a few seconds.

Step 4 — Download​

  • To download a single photo, tap it and click Download.
  • To download all your photos at once, click Download All and a ZIP file will be prepared.
