How SnapdMe Works
SnapdMe connects event organizers, photographers, and guests through a simple three-step flow.
The flow
Organizer creates event → Uploads photos → Shares event link
↓
Guest opens link
↓
Guest takes a selfie
↓
SnapdMe finds matching photos
↓
Guest downloads their photos
Facial recognition
SnapdMe uses facial recognition to match guests to photos in the event gallery. When a guest takes a selfie:
- SnapdMe extracts a facial signature from the selfie.
- It compares that signature against every face detected in the event photos.
- Only photos with a match are shown to the guest.
This happens in seconds, regardless of how large the gallery is.
Privacy
- Selfies are used only to find matching photos and are not stored permanently.
- Guests never see other guests' photos.
- Organizers control who can access their event gallery.
